Hi everyone,

Just to let you know that our first meeting for this years lliberation is April 24th, 3 pm at Bob and Jude Gagnon's house. We are looking for input for this year's party. If anyone has any new idea's or have ways to make the old idea's even better, we sure would love to hear about it. So come on over and let's see if we can make 2010's Liberation Party the best we have ever had.

I've moved both NebraskaChamorro.com and NebraskaChamorro.net to a new server this evening, March 7, 2010.

Sometimes it takes a while for a site to be accessible when it gets moved.  As a result, you might be able to see some things and might not be able to see other for up to 72 hours.  If you experience any difficulties seeing something you know should be there after March 10, 2010, please let me know so I can fix it.

Today marks 85 consecutive days of one inch or more snow coverage.  Smashed the record and it doesn't look like we're done just yet.  Thank God it's starting to finally warm up!

Won't be long before we can have the second bbq of 2010.     The next one might not involve frozen ears.

Wondering why the forums look a little bit different?  I thought I would try to organize things a little better, particularly the Liberation boards.  The hope is that it will make things a little easier to navigate through.  For example, if you're not interested in one category for some crazy reason, you can click the little minus sign just to the left.... to the left of the category name to kind of minimize that whole category.  You can open it back up by clicking the plus sign in the same spot.

Also, there's now a member's only area dedicated to camping.  What's that mean?  Well, I'll tell ya: it means that you have to be a member of the site and logged in to even see it at all.  The reason I did that is so that the Russian and Chinese hackers can't tell when we're going camping or where.  Seriously though, it's for everyone's security because it might at times include dates you'll be away from home and locations your stalker(s) could find you.  We don't want any of that happening, do we?

If anyone wants any topics added or have suggestions to organize things better, let me know and I'll see what I can do.

According to the Omaha World Herald (aka: Weird Harold), today marks 68 consecutive days of snow coverage measuring one inch or more.  February 19 we will surely break the record of 74 days.   

Let's hope it's all gone before Liberation!  And camping!

In other news, Al Gore announces he's more convinced about global warming than ever.   

July 31, 2010 is locked in.    

Unfortunately somebody beat us to the 17th and 24th.     But it's all good, we'll have just as good of a time on the 31st.  Details should start trickling in so keep checking our website to keep in the loop.
